As a tenant, I find Purnanagar quite livable. It has decent connectivity to Pimpri and Chinchwad. However, during monsoons, waterlogging can be an issue in some pockets.

I've been living in my own house in Purnanagar for over five years now. The locality is peaceful, with a friendly neighborhood and easy access to schools, grocery stores, and medical shops. Property rates are stable, and it's ideal for middle-class families. However, the narrow internal roads and occasional drainage issues need improvement.

We bought a 2BHK here in 2018, and it’s been a good decision overall. The area is well-connected to Pimpri-Chinchwad and has decent rental demand too. Safety is not a concern, and basic amenities are within reach. But, the locality lacks parks and the surroundings can get dusty during summer.

As a single working woman, I felt reasonably safe in Purnanagar. The neighborhood is residential and people are friendly. However, street lighting is poor in some lanes which can be improved.

I invested in a 1BHK in Purnanagar two years ago and have managed to find tenants consistently. The rental yield is modest, and the demand is steady due to proximity to Bhosari MIDC. However, capital appreciation has been slower than I expected.
