We live close to the spine city mall and the area is very noisy and crowded especially in evenings. Good part is the security in residential societies and constant patrolling from local police.
The area has weak public transport facilities. no metro connectivity so i rely mostly on buses which are not frequent and always crowded. But rent is much lower than other parts of Pune
