Pirangut is a rapidly developing suburb located in the western part of Pune, Maharashtra. The Pirangut PIN code is 412115, this area is strategically positioned approximately 22 kilometres from Pune city centre. Pirangut enjoys excellent connectivity to major hubs like Hinjewadi, Baner, and Bavdhan, making it an increasingly attractive destination for real estate investment.
I moved here for my job, and it's an economically efficient locality in Pune. The area is developing with modern infrastructure but I don't find enough cafes or hangout places nearby.
The Pune Ring road project is a major reason to invest in Pirangut. The properties here have high value and strong rental demand as well. The area is still developing and need proper road connectivity, but it's good for long term investment at affordable rate
It's not a well-developed locality but it offers decent social infrastructure. Supermarkets and hospitals are nearby, and I like the peaceful vibe.
Pirangut is a small and safe locality but there aren't enough public transport nearby, except for one bus stop. Supermarkets and hospitals are nearby, and whoever like a peaceful vibe, this area would be a perfect choice to live.
Getting daily groceries here is very easy because the local market near Pirangut Ghat road has everything. Lots of pocket-friendly mess and small eateries are also around. Only issue is finding a direct auto to Chandni Chowk in the evenings.
The evening traffic jam near Lavale Phata is a daily headache for real. It takes almost 45 minutes just to cross that patch by car. Roads have too many rough patches and the dust makes it worse.
Mornings are very calm here for walking and the air feels clean. Nearby clinics and pharmacies are open till late night which is good. Water comes only for 2 hours in the morning but we manage.
Renting a room here is quite cheap compared to the main city. Food options are plenty near the main market area, but public transport buses are always packed. Better to have your own bike if you stay here.
Everything needed for daily life is available within walking distance. Streets have decent lighting at night so it feels quite safe. The area has a nice, relaxed vibe and people are friendly.
Water supply is the biggest problem in this area we have to depend on private tankers constantly. Street parking is also getting impossible because the main lanes are too narrow for the delivery vans.
Good area to live because decent schools and preschools are nearby. It is mostly a quiet neighborhood and streets are safe during daytime. Only problem is lack of open public parks for walking.
A lot of new shops are open now, so the locality looks busy. But basic things like proper drainage are missing, so water logs quickly during heavy rains. It is an okayish place, mixed bag.
I come here every weekend and find the local food joints really good. Parking your car can be tight near the main bazaar, but the overall vibe of the place is very chill.
Garbage is just left on the roadside in many spots and nobody clears it for days. The main road traffic has become unbearable now. Local autos charge crazy rates if you don't know the area. Fed up.
