Pirangut is a small and safe locality but there aren't enough public transport nearby, except one bus stop. It's also crowded most of the times.

I moved here for my job, and it's an economically efficient locality in Pune. The area is developing with modern infrastructure but I don't find enough cafes or hangout places nearby.

The Pune Ring road project is a major reason to invest in Pirangut. The properties here have high value and strong rental demand as well. The area is still developing and need proper road connectivity, but it's good for long term investment at affordable rate

It's not a well-developed locality but it offers decent social infrastructure. Supermarkets and hospitals are nearby, and I like the peaceful vibe.
