I moved to Maan last year due to my job at Hinjawadi Phase 3. It’s just a 15-minute bike ride from my flat, which is the best part. Area is still developing, so not too many restaurants, but basics are there. Society is decent, with proper security.

We shifted to Maan after I changed jobs. The area is peaceful, not too crowded. Roads are nice, and our society has good maintenance. My kids go to school in Hinjawadi. Earlier the area was underdeveloped, but now it is improving fast.

I invested in a 2BHK flat in Maan back in 2018. Since then, prices have gone up steadily. Lots of new projects keep coming, and rental demand is strong from IT crowd. It’s not flashy, but a safe and growing market. Roads and connectivity are improving too.

I stay in another area but rent out my flat in Maan. Always get tenants from the IT sector. The place is calm and still has a new-town feel. Roads are good, traffic is low. Some issues with mobile network earlier, but better now. No complaints from tenants so far.

Been living here with two flatmates. Maan is peaceful and less crowded than central Pune. Not many hangout places nearby, but cabs and food delivery work fine. Water supply is regular. Only issue is public transport. No metro yet and buses are few.
