पिंपळे गुरव हा परिसर पिंपळे सौदागर आणि वाकड यांसारख्या विकसित भागांना लागून असल्यामुळे, येथे उत्कृष्ट सोयीसुविधा आणि चांगली कनेक्टिव्हिटी उपलब्ध आहे. हिंजवडी आयटी पार्क येथून जवळ असल्यामुळे येथे काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी हे सोयीचे आहे. पिंपरी/चिंचवड औद्योगिक पट्टा आणि भोसरी एमआयडीसी जवळ असल्यामुळे औद्योगिक कामगारांसाठी देखील हा एक चांगला पर्याय आहे. आदित्य बिर्ला मेमोरियल हॉस्पिटल आणि ऑक्सफोर्ड हॉस्पिटल यांसारखी मोठी हॉस्पिटल्स जवळच्या परिसरात आहेत.

Defence Area feels much more organised compared to crowded Pune areas. Rajmata Jijau Garden is great for evening walks, and daily needs are easily available nearby. Has good metro access.

My family has been staying here for almost nine years now. The area still feels cleaner and quieter than many busy Pune neighbourhoods. Parks, schools, and clinics are all nearby, so daily life remains convenient.

I purchased a flat in Defence Area mainly because this part of Pune has steady residential demand. The presence of defence establishments keeps the locality disciplined and safer. Connectivity through NH65 and metro expansion gives strong appreciation potential.

Defence Area has a calm and secure atmosphere because of the nearby military establishments. I stay with two friends in a rented flat, and we like the balance between peaceful surroundings and city access. Nexus Westend Mall and cafés in Aundh are close enough for weekends.
