हा परिसर खूप उच्चभ्रू आणि शांत आहे. शशिकांत साने उद्यान आणि स्पायसर कॉलेज जवळ असल्याने फिरण्यासाठी चांगली जागा मिळते. मेडीपॉईंट हॉस्पिटल हाकेच्या अंतरावर आहे. मात्र, अलीकडे डीपी रोडवर वाढलेली वाहतूक आणि सिग्नल्समुळे रस्ता ओलांडणे जिकिरीचे झाले आहे.

मुलांच्या शिक्षणासाठी डी.ए.व्ही. (DAV) आणि लॉयोला शाळा जवळ आहेत. रिलायन्स फ्रेश आणि औंध मार्केट मुळे खरेदी सोपी होते. परिसर सुरक्षित असला तरी स्मार्ट सिटीच्या कामामुळे काही ठिकाणी ड्रेनेजच्या समस्या आहेत. तसेच, पावसाळ्यात काही अंतर्गत रस्त्यांवर पाणी साचते.

पुण्यातील प्रीमियम लोकेशन असल्याने घरांचे दर कायम चढे असतात. वेस्ट एंड मॉल आणि बाणेर-पाषाणची जवळीक ही मोठी जमेची बाजू आहे. मात्र, जुन्या इमारतींमध्ये पार्किंगची मोठी समस्या असून नवीन नियमांमुळे पुनर्विकासासाठी (Redevelopment) बराच वेळ लागतो. कचरा व्यवस्थापन मात्र शिस्तबद्ध आहे.
