I’m staying in Kharabwadi because my company is nearby in Chakan. Travel is hardly 10 minutes. Rent is low, which suits me well. It's a quiet area with not much crowd. Grocery shops and local snacks are easily available. Public transport is weak though. If you don’t have a bike, it's tough.

Visited the area for investment purpose. Infrastructure is still developing but rental demand is okay. Land prices are affordable. Not ideal for premium buyers, but good for small-budget investing.

We moved to Kharabwadi because my husband works in the nearby industrial belt. Life here is peaceful. Roads have improved slightly in the past years. There’s a temple, small park, and grocery store within walking distance. Neighbours are helpful.

I got a 1BHK for very low rent. There’s no metro or big market, but kirana shops are there. Area is safe and local people are friendly. Sometimes water supply is irregular, but society helps. Not for people who want a city lifestyle, but okay if work is close.

We built a house here a few years ago and rented it to a Chakan worker family. No issues so far. It’s a quiet area with decent local facilities. Rent is not very high, but stable. Roads can get muddy during rains, though. Overall, peaceful locality.
