I’m staying in Agarkar Nagar as it’s close to my office. Rent is slightly high, but location makes up for it. Very central and well-connected by bus and train. You get medical stores, kirana shops, and good restaurants close by. Area feels safe, even at night.

Invested here two years back. Rental income is regular, but the locality is too congested for my liking. Still, demand is always there due to central location. Don’t expect fast appreciation.

The locality is convenient but crowded. Roads are narrow and traffic is nonstop during the day. Still, the Pune station is so close, it helps a lot. Good for bachelors or office-goers who need central access.

Living here for 10 years. Agarkar Nagar is close to schools, hospitals, and markets. It's a lively area with everything within reach.

Good area but noisy due to traffic and station nearby. Can get dusty too. Facilities are there, but flats are mostly old. Decent for people who want everything close by.
