I love this area because it feels very energetic and vibrant, especially in the evenings. The supermarkets and malls around make this really well-lit and pretty. The inner streets are clean and walkable.

It is an old but well-placed locality. Although there’s limited scope for new construction, resale properties fetch consistent returns

The colony is really friendly and people are very nice here. Once you step out of the lane, there's Nexus Westend which is my go to spot with my friends. What I wish is a direct metro access from this area. that would really make things easier

it's a safe and livable locality. Only issue is the slow redevelopment. Many societies are aging and lack modern amenities like lifts or clubhouses. Road conditions can be better
