The airport proximity has kept the demand high. the infrastructure needs developing. the lack of metro is a concern too.

The area gives a calm vibe. There's a lot of small apartments around and it's easy to find a good and affordable flat with modern amenities. But don't expect any fancy lifestyle. there's no big mall here and just a handful of cafes. even commuting can be tough due to lack of metro

I’ve rented my spare unit to airport staff and students. the demand is steady and tenant turnover is low. If you want a low-maintenance investment with steady rent, Sant Nagar is practical

it’s peaceful and greener than many eastern suburbs. commutes into Kharadi are manageable if you leave a bit early.

It is a nice locality to live and Saint Nagar is 1 km far from Lohegaon on Wagholi Rd. It has good connectivity to Kharadi Eon Park. There is no water problem. Area is clean and has access to all daily needs. Public transport is also a convenient option to travel.

I primarily use the Spine Road or the main bypass, which provides excellent connectivity and helps me avoid significant traffic delays. It is a quiet, well-settled neighborhood to return to after a busy, high-pressure workday.

Sant Nagar is wonderful for a family. My children attend Kamalnayan Bajaj High School nearby, making the school routine very smooth and stress-free. For our healthcare needs, Sainath Hospital is just a short, reliable drive away. We love spending our quiet evenings at the local PMC Garden; it is a beautiful, safe, and well-maintained green space for the kids.
