This area has the same feel as my home town and this is why I am staying here since 2019. Shops and transport are nearby but during rain the area gets flooded.

My home here has enough space and stays cool throughout the year. This is a good area with only problem being the internal roads where you can only see potholes filled with water.

I bought a plot here as a long-term investment but right now the rental demand is low. Hoping that it would go up in the future.
