As a student, the area is bit expensive to afford but once you start living here, you wouldn't like anywhere else. It gives a friendly atmosphere with all the vibrant culture. There aren't many parks here but you will find a few gardens near sadhu vasvani nagar. Plus I love the jaykar library close to the area

Owning a property here is a wise decision for many reasons. I have been here for the past five years, and the area provides connectivity to key areas in Pune like Baner and Hinjewadi. This also leads to good rental demand. The environment is peaceful and safe too for families and young bachelors.
The area has plenty of cafes and restaurents, and it's a very happening locality in Pune. I found the roads are also well maintained and property lit during evenings. On the download, parking can be an issue here due to heavy congestion.
