हा परिसर मुंबई-पुणे एक्सप्रेसवेला अत्यंत जवळ आहे. त्यामुळे मुंबईकडे जाणे खूप सोपे होते. बाणेर आणि हिंजवडी आयटी पार्क यांसारख्या प्रमुख रोजगार केंद्रांशी थेट जोडणी. बावधन हे शांत आणि निसर्गरम्य वातावरणासाठी ओळखले जाते. येथे मोठ्या वसाहती आणि स्वतंत्र बंगलो यांचे मिश्रण आढळते. परिसरामध्ये रुबी हॉल क्लिनिक, सूर्य हॉस्पिटल आणि जुपिटर हॉस्पिटल सारखी मोठी हॉस्पिटल्स जवळच्या बाणेर आणि कोथरूड परिसरात उपलब्ध आहेत. बावधनमध्ये माउंट कार्मेल हायस्कूल , पॉदार इंटरनॅशनल स्कूल आणि बाणेरच्या जवळच्या चांगल्या शाळा उपलब्ध आहेत.

Bavdhan is a bit expensive and far from the main student hubs. But if you're studying at nearby college, it's convenient. The Vanaz Metro Station is about 5 km away, which helps. Overall, it's a quiet and beautiful place, but not very student-friendly in terms of budget.

The neighbourhood is a premium real estate market. The property values are high. The area's scenic beauty and proximity to IT parks make it a very attractive location.

We love Bavdhan's green and peaceful environment. The Mumbai-Pune Highway makes it easy to travel, and there are good schools and sports facilities like Suyash Academy. It feels safe and is a great place to raise a family.

The commute to Hinjewadi is good, and the connectivity to the city is also excellent. I love the peaceful environment of Bavdhan.

The Bavdhan Bus Stop is useful for local travel, but for longer commutes, having a personal vehicle is a must. But, traffic can be an issue during peak hours, especially near the highway junction.

Bavdhan is peaceful yet well-connected. I work in IT and commute to Hinjewadi—takes around 30 minutes. Area has good cafes and gyms. Grocery stores are close. Ideal for young professionals. Rent is still affordable for 1BHK.

Living here with family. Found a good school and clinic just 5 minutes away. There’s a park where kids play in the evening. Area feels safe, even after dark. Roads are a bit narrow though.

Sarjapur felt peaceful. It’s growing, but still calm. I saw parks, schools, and nice flats. I’ve never bought property before, but this felt right. Just hope they fix roads and water soon.

I studied the area well. Sarjapur is good for future growth—IT parks, metro coming, young people renting. I’m choosing a project with modern work-from-home spaces. Looks like a smart buy.

I work in marketing and love how Bavdhan is close to Kothrud and Baner. Uber and autos available easily. Lots of new cafes and bakeries have come up. Housing societies are neat and secure.

We’ve been in Bavdhan for 2 years. Hospitals and chemists are available too. Local vegetable markets are walkable. Sometimes traffic builds up near Chandni Chowk.

Shifted here recently for work. Bavdhan is a clean and green area. Locality is Affordable compared to Baner or Aundh. You get good society flats here. Gym and supermarket inside our complex. Public buses are there, but metro would help a lot.

The area has great connectivity—metro nearby, and grocery shops within walking distance. It's ideal for tenants, especially working professionals. Drainage is poor during monsoons, and parking is a hassle on inner lanes. Still, rental demand here remains consistently high.
