This is a affordable area and you can get publiuc transport very easily here.

This is a great area for rental income and I have been able to rent out my 2 BHK without any issues.

You can get a decent flat here without breaking the bank but it would be just a simple flat.

The area is very safe but the lanes are very narrow, so most of the times there are jams in the lanes.

This is not one of those trendy Delhi area but finding tenants here is very easy.

Rent is reasonable compared to many nearby areas. Shakurpur Metro Station is close enough for daily travel, and Main Rohtak Road makes it easy to get around. Shops for everyday needs are just a short walk away.

Owning a home in Tri Nagar has worked out well. Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, Satyawati College and Pacific Mall NSP Pitampura are all within a short drive. Ring Road also makes travelling to other parts of Delhi quite easy.

Schools like Sant Namdev Public School are nearby, so daily routines are easy. We also visit Pacific Mall NSP Pitampura on weekends. Traffic near Main Rohtak Road gets slow, but inside the area things are manageable.

Keshav Puram Metro Station has made office travel much easier for me. I also use Ring Road often when driving. There are enough food places and daily stores nearby, so I rarely have to go far.

Tri Nagar has almost everything needed for daily life. Hospitals, colleges and markets are close, but traffic near Rampura Main Road during peak hours is still the biggest headache... otherwise it's okay.

Maharaja Agrasen Hospital and Attar Sain Jain Hospital being nearby gives peace of mind. Daily shopping is easy too. The only problem is crossing busy roads during the evening when traffic picks up.

I usually come here by metro and get down at Shakurpur Metro Station. Finding transport from there is not difficult. The area stays busy throughout the day, and parking is limited around the main market.

Property prices in Tri Nagar still look reasonable for this part of Delhi. Metro stations, colleges and hospitals nearby keep demand steady. I just wish the roads were less crowded during office hours.

Really happy with this area. Keshav Puram Metro Station is close enough for daily travel, Maharaja Agrasen Hospital is nearby, and Pacific Mall NSP Pitampura is just a short drive away. Everything needed for everyday life is within easy reach.

I''ve been renting here for a year and it has been a good experience. Shakurpur Metro Station is close, daily shopping is easy, and Main Rohtak Road connects well to other parts of the city. The area stays busy but feels practical for everyday living.
