there is lot of college energy here..i am renting a small 1 bhk just to be close to my campus..best part is so many cafes around in walking distance..

Safety is quite ok even late at night because the streets are always crowded and well-lit. but if you are a bachelor, finding an apartment without annoying landlord restrictions is a huge challenge

while i love the energy and crowd, the air pollution is seriously concerning..the constant flow of cars on Spark Mall road makes it hard to keep windows open.

The commercialization of Kamla Nagar has completely ruined the quiet residential vibe we had years ago. people park their 2 wheelers right in front of our gates which leadsto daily shouting matches.
