Nice locality with a historical significance as it's close to some museums and famous sites like Shaniwar Wada

Perfect locality in Pune for families. The climate is good, and public transportation is efficient. Shopping malls, markets, and hospitals are within reach too.

I love staying here. It gives easy access to Shivajinagar - my workspace and lots of cafes around. The only problem could be the old buildings and no new lifestyle amenities like gyms, clubhouses, etc. Also being located so close to the main road, it experiences lots of noise and pollution.

The area is close to many IT parks and public transport. This increases the rental potential here. My property gets a strong demand from tenants and despite higher rent, the vacancy rates are low.

Been living here for 5 years and I like how accessible it is from railway station and airport. Travelling is much easier. Property prices are reasonable but not too affordable. Peaceful locality and close to main road and supermarkets.
