Took my mom to Tulshibaug last weekend. She loved the shops, I loved the misal pav. It's crowded but has this old-world Pune charm that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Rented a small flat near Tulshibaug. Great access to local shops and eateries. Noise levels are high, but the convenience outweighs it. No complaints for a central Pune location.

I live in a rental just off the main street. Early mornings are peaceful, but by noon, the whole area buzzes with life. Ideal if you like hustle-bustle.

Bought a compact unit near Tulshibaug market. Rental yield is good due to constant tourist and local foot traffic. Great for short-term commercial returns.

I own a small apartment above my shop here. It's been in the family for years. It's chaotic, but this chaos is home to us.

Though this area is great for commerical rentals but it jam packed all the time. There is very little area for parking and becuase of this a lot of congestion is also there.

Returns are solid here and the steady mix of residential and commercial tenants keeps the market alive.

Here its full of temples, shops, etc. and its very noisy as well but what I like is that everything is nearby.
