Returns are solid here and the steady mix of residential and commercial tenants keeps the market alive.

Though this area is great for commerical rentals but it jam packed all the time. There is very little area for parking and becuase of this a lot of congestion is also there.

Here its full of temples, shops, etc. and its very noisy as well but what I like is that everything is nearby.
