We live in a rented apartment near Mandai and it offers easy access to markets, schools, and hospitals. Clean and safe area for families.

The area's proximity to employment hubs makes it attractive for investment. Property values also appreciate over time due to commercial and cultural significance. But some areas need better road infrastructure and maintainence.

Been residing here for 11 years now, and love the community feeling here. Although it's more like a commercial area, there are affordable housing options here and the connectivity has increased demand among homebuyers too. Traffic congestion and air pollution are two major concerns.

Renting a 1 BHK here for almost 2 years. While I love the centrality of the location and overall connectivity, cleanliness in some areas needs to improve. Industrialisation has also led to too much pollution.

I came to a friend's house for a project here. The area is too congested and has limited parking space. It's very buzzing but transportation facilities are impressive.
