It is a clean, disciplined area where I feel safe and connected to my neighbors.

I have been here for almost 2 years on rent..its pretty practical..everything is nearby ..there are lots of temples around though. weekends get pretty packed around jagannath temple so traffic jams are common

I stay in swaraj colony. its safe and rent is cheap..but apart from a few restaurants, there isnt many places to hangout here..

My family loves the environment here because it is much less polluted than central Pune.

lots of greenery here so feels pleasant in the morning..but still u cant escape the traffic and noise during the day

i prefer investing in this colony because the infrastructure is already in place rather than just on paper. You have established schools and hospitals which are essential..connectivity could be better througha direct metro..

Roads inside Shri Ganesh Colony are decent and daily stuff is easy to get. Rent around this side still feels okay for Pune. Evening traffic near Dighi side gets slow, but I don't mind much. Works fine for me.

Water supply is mostly sorted here and shops are close, that's what I like. Parking on some streets becomes messy after 8 pm though. Rest of the area feels calm enough.

Schools and small parks around this side make things easy. Streets feel okay during the day and there are enough grocery stores nearby. Weekend crowd gets a bit much, still happy staying here.

Traffic towards Bhosari side eats time daily. I somehow manage with a bike, otherwise it gets tiring. Area itself has everything needed and food places are enough, so so experience only.

Garbage collection is regular most days and people know each other around here. Roads need some work in patches... nothing too serious but you notice it during rains. Decent area overall.

Noise from bikes at night is bit too much now. Morning walks are fine and medical stores are nearby, but footpaths are not that great. I manage, just wish streets were quieter.

I come here often and autos are easy to find most times. Roads inside are okayish, evening rush is common. Nothing fancy, nothing bad either, pretty normal place.

Parking is headache here, seriously. Cars are left everywhere and some roads feel tight. Prices are not low also, so I expected better roads and cleaner corners.

PG side life is chill and food spots are enough. BTW buses get crowded in the morning and sometimes I wait 20 minutes. NGL the area feels safe enough for late study runs.

Traffic near the main road is too much and delivery guys keep getting stuck. Dust on some stretches is annoying too. Customers come, but moving around this area is pain sometimes.
