Shivane is one of those places where you can buy low and wait. It's not yet a posh locality, but it covers the basics. Rentals are not premium, but they are regular.

Living in Shivane has been quite okay for me. I travel to Kothrud daily, and buses are easy to catch from here. The area has a mix of college crowd and families, which keeps it lively. Grocery stores and clinics are nearby.

I picked up a 1BHK in Shivane five years ago. The price was reasonable, and it fetched rent consistently. Mostly bachelors and students inquire. The area is slowly getting better infrastructure.

What I appreciate about Shivane is that it’s away from the city rush. Most people here are either students or working folks. My society is decent, with proper water and electricity. No big malls around, but basic needs are sorted.

I have been staying in Shivane with my family for a while now. Kids go to school nearby, and shops are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is simple, and people are cooperative.
