We bought a 2BHK in Shindewadi three years ago. The locality is developing, and the prices are still affordable. Schools and daily needs are close. Road widening projects will hopefully improve traffic flow soon.

I rented here during my training in Katraj. It’s calm, rent is affordable, and there’s minimal noise. But local shopping options are limited—need to head out to nearby areas for bigger stores.

As a local resident, I appreciate how green and quiet Shindewadi is. It's away from the city pollution, yet not too disconnected. The community is warm, and traffic isn’t crazy. Good for peaceful family life.
