It seemed like a good area when I visited last year but without a vehicle its tough to move around.

The only issuse here is the public transport. Once that imporves it willl be one of the best areas.

It’s more of a patience game. The location is still developing, so it’s not ideal for a quick flip, but great for holding.

My apartment is in a gated society with all the usual perks. Outside the gate, though, the roads can feel underdeveloped.

I’ve had no trouble renting out my flat here, especially to working professionals from nearby office hubs. Just don’t expect to be charge high rent here.
