Much better than central gurgaon. Low rent, quiet lanes and also so many good malls and markets nearby. I am just disappointed with the transport system like no metro so travelling far becomes too hectic with traffic

Have been living here for 7 years and totally gotten used to the place. it feels like home now. But you may get problems with commuting if you don't have your own vehicle. Other than that it's a lovely little area

The area has a lot of good societies and residential apartments so it feels familiar and warm. there are good hospitals nearby too. If you live on inner lanes, it may be problem to walk alone because of limited street lights and police presence at night. Societies are safer

I love living here near Sparsh Hospital in a rented flat. It's good to be around so many markets and small eateries. My only concern is the commute. with no metro, i struggle to find auto and buses usually. having your own vehcle can be helpful. Plus the traffic is a headache

The residential demand is strong so if you're buying to rent properties, it will be a good time. so many new projects are building up. Plus social infrastucture is improving and metro expansion may take place in couple of years so long term value
