Rent here is cheaper compared to the fancy societies nearby. I pay way less than my colleagues living in high-rise apartments near Golf Course Extension Road.but can't deny the drainage and road quality in some lanes which feel like a village rather than Gurgaon.

My family has lived in Tigra village for many years even before Gurgaon developed so much. Earlier it was mostly farmland and small houses. Now builder floors and rental buildings have come up everywhere. The problem is the overcrowding without much infra development

The area feels a bit messy compared to planned sectors. A lot of construction keeps happening and traffic inside the lanes can be chaotic. But if you’re renting on a budget and want to stay close to corporate offices, it works.

Despite small issues, property values have increased a lot in the last decade because of Gurgaon’s growth and proximity to corporate hubs. Sector 57 overall has seen good development and connectivity improvements.

Daily life is convenient. There are small restaurants, gyms, and dhabas nearby. Places like Banjara Market are great for food and groceries. For hospitals, we usually go to Medanta Hospital or CK Birla

Tigra has builder floors and older village houses for rent. The commute is manageable from here, and cabs are easily available. I usually travel via Sector 55-56 Metro Station when needed. There are good hospitals like CK Birla Hospital nearby.

Tigra is a comfortable place. Nearby hospitals and schools make daily life easier. The locality is generally safe, and neighbours are supportive. Traffic has increased, but connectivity to main roads is still a plus.

Living here has been quite convenient for me as a working professional. Daily essentials, gyms, and small cafes are easily accessible around Sector 56 market.

Is close to Golf Course Extension Road and employment hubs. The presence of healthcare facilities like CK Birla Hospital and schools adds value. Property prices are still moderate compared to nearby sectors, leaving room for appreciation.

The location of Tigra is good, but the area feels a bit unplanned in parts. Traffic near Sohna-Gurgaon Road can get frustrating during peak hours. Public transport is okay, but reaching the metro takes time.

Decent area to stay if you have a bike, but public transport like buses are highly crowded. Overall manageable...

Daily needs are easily available within walking distance. Very safe streets even late at night.

Metro station is quite close, making my daily travel completely sorted. Nice and peaceful block.

Water timing is the biggest headache here, we get supply only for 1 hour and it is very erratic. Overall manageable...

Markets, big pharmacies, and grocery shops are all right around the corner. Safe residential pocket.

The internal roads are wide and kept clean. Safe for regular evening walks, very decent crowd.

Finding parking for cars is a daily struggle on the lane, otherwise the locality is quite good. Overall manageable...

Roads are completely broken and full of potholes. Monsoon flooding makes it impossible to move out.

Water supply is predictable but comes only for 2 hours in the morning. Rent is reasonable.

Autos near the main stand overcharge a lot, they ask 100 rupees for short distances. Very annoying. Overall manageable...
