Sector 28 is mostly famous for the Brahmapura Market. its very close and the area surrounding the market gets super crowded and jammed during evenings and weekends.

Sector 28 is a nice area . I like the 7 senses theme park here. The inner lanes are quiet but once you step out on main road, its noisy and crowded. traffic is insane but overall, it can be a good area to settle down

If your building doesn't have parking spot, it can be a headache because most lanes are narrow and does not provide good space for four wheeler. Apart from that, Sector 28 can be pleasant and convenient to live in

The neighborhood is peaceful and I personally like the area. It's not too fancy. there are decent apartments and a few cafes around which keeps it vibrant enough

The biggest plus is the connectivity through Botanical metro and proximity to Film City and DND. this has managed to keep the demand high but appreciation may not be explosive. It is low risk investment but slight drawback is the limited new developments
