Roads here very bad huge potholes right after the main turning from the expressway. Every time I visit friends here, my car suspension takes a beating. The local civic body really needs to fix the broken patches ASAP.
Food options are okayish but autos overcharge a lot. They ask 100 rupees for short distances because there is no fixed rate. If you have your own bike it is fine, otherwise daily moving around is costly.
Daily needs are easily met as pharmacies, milk booths, and vegetable vendors are everywhere on the main sector road. It is a peaceful area to live in, just that Uber and Ola cabs take some time to arrive.
Sector 109 is a prime spot today because the main expressway patch is fully functional. Driving to Delhi or the airport is smooth now. Sector roads are wide and the whole layout feels very modern and properly planned.
The open plots are used for dumping garbage and the stink is unbearable during summers. No one comes to clean the roadside waste regularly. Paying so much tax and still living with trash piles right outside the sector gates.
