Getting to Huda City Centre metro takes a solid 25 minutes from here in the morning but the roads inside the sector are quite wide. Not much traffic inside the area except near the main Dwarka Expressway cut. Pretty sorted for daily driving.

Water is a total headache in Sector 109, NGL. The whole area depends heavily on tankers and the supply timings are all over the place. Rent is 35k but basic things like regular water are still not sorted here.

Walks are nice because the internal sector roads have decent space, but stray dogs are becoming a big issue in the evenings. Streetlights work in most patches but some corners are completely dark after 8 PM.

Markets here have grown fast and you get everything from groceries to electronics right in the sector. Parking near the Conscient One shops gets tight during weekends, but otherwise, the footfall is good for local shops.

Very safe area for families and multiple top schools are within a 10 minute drive, which saves so much time. The sector is clean, green, and away from the usual Gurgaon congestion. Very happy staying here.

Roads here very bad huge potholes right after the main turning from the expressway. Every time I visit friends here, my car suspension takes a beating. The local civic body really needs to fix the broken patches ASAP.

Food options are okayish but autos overcharge a lot. They ask 100 rupees for short distances because there is no fixed rate. If you have your own bike it is fine, otherwise daily moving around is costly.

Daily needs are easily met as pharmacies, milk booths, and vegetable vendors are everywhere on the main sector road. It is a peaceful area to live in, just that Uber and Ola cabs take some time to arrive.

Sector 109 is a prime spot today because the main expressway patch is fully functional. Driving to Delhi or the airport is smooth now. Sector roads are wide and the whole layout feels very modern and properly planned.

The open plots are used for dumping garbage and the stink is unbearable during summers. No one comes to clean the roadside waste regularly. Paying so much tax and still living with trash piles right outside the sector gates.
