The water pressure here is less and its kind of troubleosme. The roads are crowded here as well.

One of the better sectors in Gurgaon for mid-budget investments. Just be cautious of legal paperwork with older floors.

The only reason I am here it becuase its close to my office andmy friends alsolive nearby. Lots of dust and lack of parking palces.

I’ve seen consistent rental income here. Flats near the metro route and main roads are always in demand, especially from bachelors and office-goers.

It is easy to access the HUDA Metro, local markets, and schools but power cuts and drainage issues after heavy rains can be frustrating.
