Easy to travel because Dwarka Expressway is close, buses also available from the Sector 37D stop. Area is still developing but peaceful. Groceries and basic stores are nearby. Good for working folks who prefer quiet living over crowded places.

Invested here mainly due to Dwarka Expressway proximity. Long-term value looks good. Rentals slow earlier but are improving as more families move in. The infrastructure is growing quickly.

I bought a 2BHK in a project here last year. Lot of working professionals rent here. Maintenance is okay. Rental income is steady. Hospitals are a bit far for now, but private clinics are around.

I recently moved to Sector 37D for work. The sector is still developing, but it's peaceful and the rent is lower compared to central Gurgaon. Daily commute takes a bit of time, but manageable with cabs or bike.
