Super convenient for office travel. Roads are wide, and connectivity feels smooth. Area has a clean vibe and feels safe at night. Schools and hospitals around, and small markets are growing fast. Perfect for couples wanting a calmer Gurgaon pocket.

Been staying here for a few years. Peaceful, clean environment. Basic shops, schools, and hospitals like Signature Super Speciality are close. Traffic gets heavy near the expressway sometimes, but inside lanes are quiet. Great for family life.

Easy to travel because Dwarka Expressway is close, buses also available from the Sector 37D stop. Area is still developing but peaceful. Groceries and basic stores are nearby. Good for working folks who prefer quiet living over crowded places.

Invested here mainly due to Dwarka Expressway proximity. Long-term value looks good. Rentals slow earlier but are improving as more families move in. The infrastructure is growing quickly.

I bought a 2BHK in a project here last year. Lot of working professionals rent here. Maintenance is okay. Rental income is steady. Hospitals are a bit far for now, but private clinics are around.

I recently moved to Sector 37D for work. The sector is still developing, but it's peaceful and the rent is lower compared to central Gurgaon. Daily commute takes a bit of time, but manageable with cabs or bike.

We live here with our kids. Some schools are coming up nearby, but currently we send them to school in Sector 10, which takes 20–25 minutes. There are few clinics nearby, but big hospitals are far.

This sector is good if you're looking for new housing societies. Most buildings are newly built, with good security and basic amenities like lifts and parking. The vibe is quiet and family-friendly.

We booked here early, around 2012. It was all empty land then, but now it’s full of towers. Schools and clinics are opening nearby, which is good for families.

I’ve rented out my flat here. It’s a good option for people working near Hero Honda Chowk or Dwarka Expressway. Sector 37D gives you wide roads, clean surroundings, and low noise.
