Living in Kherki Daula offers great connectivity via NH 48 and the Dwarka Expressway. But I often face traffic jams at the toll plaza which is a major hassle. Basic amenities like water and sewerage are still lacking in some areas.

The area is vibrant and cost-effective. We have been residing here for ten years, and the atmosphere has been calming but due to urbanisation, the pollution level has increased. The proximity to IT hubs has created a lot of traffic congestion as well.

Public transport is limited here. The nearest metro is 12 km from this place, and bus stop is usually crowded. This has increased the vacancy rates for my rental property here.

I visited a friend here for our college project, and I felt the area is very under-developed. Roads are cracky and full of potholes, and we also struggled to get a local auto. The place where my friend lived was peaceful though. The lanes were clean but too narrow.

The good part is that rental properties are cheap here, and it's close to IT hubs. This makes my commute easier, as I also have my own vehicle. If you don't have your vehicle, you may struggle to transport.
