The area is peaceful but the rent is very expensive and there's no direct metro connectivity. the closest metro station is around 15 km away, but I find the locality good enough for temporary stay

However, the area lacks direct metro connectivity, and internal roads could be better maintained. Overall, it's a decent place to rent

Sector 76 has great apartments but rent is higher. There are many quality builder projects. but one thing that lacks is more greenery. no parks nearby which makes it feel dull and too polluted

What I like here is connectivity to main IT hubs. roads are clean and wide. what i dont like is lack of nightlife and malls nearby
