Been living near Sarai Rohilla station for a long. The neighbourhood is friendly. The area has some good parks, nice for evening walks with my kids. Shopping is easy at Kishan Ganj market, and metro stations like Shastri Nagar make commuting simple.
The main plus of this area is the Sarai Rohilla Railway station. Buses and autos are easy to find, though traffic is a headache during rush hours. There are good restaurants nearby. The area’s not the cleanest, and sometimes there is waterlogging.
Sarai Rohilla has developed well. The metro and railway access draw tenants who need fast travel across Delhi and NCR. Infrastructure is improving. Shastri Nagar and Pratap Nagar metro stations add value. Property rates are rising steadily, and demand for rental flats is high.
