The area is mostly calm with ocassional traffic noise. I love the tree-lined streets and access to essential social amenities like malls, hospitals, etc.

It's an ideal place for professionals working in Hinjewadi or Aundh. It's well connected and several bus stops are nearby. The only problem I have faced is narrow roads and traffic.

Properties are affordable and rental demand is great due to IT presence. Price appreciation isn't huge but remains steady generally. But some parts of this area look old fashioned and need redevelopment.

We've owned a flat here for 15 years. It’s a charming area with low noise, lots of trees, and cooperative neighbors. It feels like a community, not a city. What I don't like is the drainage issues and lack of good malls nearby

Rent is good and affordable. There's a lovely park nearby, and I feel safe going for walks even at 10 pm. It’s a clean and friendly neighborhood with good security
