Internal traffic is a real problem here. stepping out from the lane itself to the main road is a task. the location otherwise is central and safe.

The area has developed a lot lately...lots of redevelopment projects coming up now.But traffic and parking have worsened over time due to more buildings and cars.

Saibaba Nagar feels like a busy Mumbai area. alwAYS crowded and active but living alone is safe too as a woman. i never felt uncomfortable walking back to my flat late. so i dont mind the traffic

Rental demand is strong here...families and working professionals prefer Borivali West due to connectivity and infrastructure. this means vacancy rates are also low. civic infrastructure still improving

Love the area. its close to my office and the gym so traffic issue solved. its also easy to find local autos here even at night. very safe..so many malls and cafes nearby too
