It’s peaceful and safe. Families around are friendly, and landlords usually live close by, so maintenance issues get sorted quickly. But if you want a lifestyle society with clubhouses, security gates, and gym, this place won’t work.

I've owned property in Tambe Nagar for over a decade. It’s close to LBS Road and Mulund railway station, which makes it a prime location. Property prices have appreciated steadily. No rowdy crowd, and festivals are celebrated together.

The entry to Tambe Nagar from LBS Road is often congested, especially during school hours and festivals. The building I live in is clean but old. There’s no lift and sometimes water supply is erratic in summer.

Despite being near the station, Tambe Nagar is tucked away from the main road. It’s not as chaotic as LBS Marg. Good for work from home.

Rentals are always in demand due to proximity to railway station, educational institutions, and hospitals like Fortis. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of weeks to get a new tenant. But some lanes still have bad drainage and old piping. Renovation is happening slowly, but municipal upgrades are patchy.
