I am renting near the Amar Mahal and although the rent is a bit higher, I find the area convenient for so many reasons. My office is close and there are many local shops nearby

The area has many good rented apartments but most buildings are old and some lanes have heavy congestion

the neighbood has a friendly vibe. So many green spaces and gardens which make it livable. There are good malls and restaurants nearby too

Our house is near the tilak railway station so it feels very noisy and crowded at times. But the positive part is the connectivity. Major business hubs are close by and there are good infrastructure within the region Chembur

The area provides good rental yield. occupancy rate is high too because of the strong transportation. the problem is aging buildings in some parts that can reduce the ROI
