I visited a friend in Sahar Village and was surprised by the greenery and calmness. Despite being near the airport, it didn’t feel noisy or chaotic. Small eateries, medical shops, and auto access made it convenient for a short stay.

I’ve lived in Sahar Village for three years. Despite being close to the airport, it’s surprisingly quiet. There are schools, clinics, and grocery shops within walking distance, and the Marol Naka metro station is about 10 minutes away.

Sahar Village has good rental demand. I bought a flat here in 2016 and leased it to airline ground staff. Proximity to both domestic and international terminals keeps the occupancy rate high throughout the year.

As an investor, I prefer Sahar Village for its rental yield. I get regular inquiries from airline employees and hospitality workers. The area has decent infrastructure, a peaceful environment, and good public transport options.
