The area is affordable and the quality of life is good with plenty of green and open spaces. There are a few local eateries but there's lack of good cafes and fine dine areas.

We live in an apartment near PCMC Garden and it offers a peaceful environment with ample green spaces. The locality is safe, and amenities are within walking distance. The only downside is occasional water supply issues during summers

It's a mix of residential and industrial area. While it's a good option for families and fulfills daily needs, the air pollution can impact the overall quality of life.

Living close to metro is a huge plus for daily commuting. I also find the rent quite affordable than most areas in Pune. The area is safe and usually clean.

I often visit my grandparents here, and love the overall vibe of the place. Except a few things: there's too much noise and air pollution around the locality which could be because of the constant construction work and industrial zones nearby. But the presence of parks and gardens increases the overall appeal for me.

Patil) शैक्षणिक संस्था जवळ असल्यामुळे शिक्षणासाठी उत्तम आहे. यशवंतराव चव्हाण मेमोरियल हॉस्पिटल , अंकुशराव लांडगे मल्टीस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटल जवळ आहे. हा परिसर भोसरी, चिंचवड आणि पिंपरी एमआयडीसी (MIDC) औद्योगिक क्षेत्रांना खूप जवळ आहे, ज्यामुळे येथे काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी हे अत्यंत सोयीचे आहे.

The streetlights on the main roads of Spine Road work perfectly fine at night. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. Also, evening traffic builds up heavily near the main sector entry point.

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Appa Pada Malad East layout. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Kattankulathur are kept tidy. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

The streets around Thergaon feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

Getting shared autos or e-rickshaws around here takes just 5 minutes. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

Autos overcharge like crazy during office hours, asking 60 rupees for very short distances. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs.
