Nimbalkar Nagar is quiet and peaceful. connectivity is still not great. you get buses and autos but metro is still not available. pune junction is also 11 km away. Parking is also an issue inside lanes

Roads inside are bit narrow but thats common in many older localities in Pune. good value for money area

Its a simple area. You get nice flats at low rent. cost of living is also less. i just wish there were more cafes or co working spaces nearby . connectivity is also poor

Nimbalkar nagar has good apartments at reasonable price. social infrastructure is still developing but theres long term value

Rental demand is consistent but theres not many premium projects here. Its more suited for steady rental income

Hospitals, shopping malls, airport, and railway Station is close in distance. Area is located underneath mountains, so you can see serene view all the time. All necessity shops are located nearby.
