Malibu Town is a lovely area. It has good cafes, brewaries, hospitals and many other lifestyle amenities. The best part is this is close to my office

It is a well developed area in sector 47 Gurgaon. The gated societies here have 24/7 security and many premium amenities like gym and clubhouses.

Renting here is a bit expensive but I like the vibrancy of the area. It's a beaitiful town and has so many gardens and parks. I just don't like one thing which is traffic on main roads

The gated apartments here charge so much maintainence fee. But it's a very safe area and well connected too

Malibu Town has developed a lot and contains all kinds of infrastructure and amenities. apart from lack of metro, there is nothing major issue with the area. Properties have good price appreciation here and demand from renters is also steady
