Mahavir Enclave is an affordable place to live. It’s safe and peaceful. Rent is also reasonable for a 1 BHK. There are schools and hospitals nearby, which is great. But, the connectivity could be better; there is only one nearby bus stop and metro which gets crowded at times.

Property prices have dipped a little in the last three years, but Mahavir Enclave remains a great option for investment. The area is growing with new developments in infrastructure, and the rental demand is consistent.
