Living in Mahalunge is a good experience. The area is developing, and property prices are still affordable. Schools and hospitals are accessible, but public transport could be improved.

I’ve owned land here since before the Balewadi bridge came up. The infrastructure is catching up now – new flyovers, better drainage, and more streetlights.

For a quiet residential area with lots of greenery, Mahalunge is perfect. It’s still not as crowded. However, the road to Mahalunge is a bit narrow.

It’s a calm place to raise kids. Our building has a small play area. There's a park nearby, too. Schools are within a 10-minute drive, which is a plus. One issue we face is the lack of good restaurants or cafes.

Living in Mahalunge for 9 years now. The environment is quite peaceful with good neighbours around. But commuting is a bit of a hassle - buses don’t run often, and you need your own vehicle to move around. Roads have improved but still need work.

I recently bought a flat in Mahalunge. The area’s potential is visible, with good infrastructure planned. The location near the Pune-Mumbai Expressway is a big plus.
