We have a 2BHK that we’ve been renting out for the past 4 years. Families prefer this area due to schools and lower rent. Most tenants stay long term. Maintenance is not a big headache. Parking space is limited in older buildings though.

Landewadi is simple and practical. You can find a decent 1BHK or 2BHK at an affordable rental cost. No big malls here, but everyday life runs smoothly. I usually go to Nashik Phata for any big shopping.

Bought the property here because of its closeness to my workplace. I stay with my parents, and they like the calm feel of the locality. We have all the basics nearby, like pharmacies, clinics and daily groceries.

I moved here recently and found Landewadi quite comfortable. There are old buildings as well as newer flats. People are helpful, and safety hasn’t been an issue. The weekly market is very convenient.

Visited Landewadi for a family function. The place was easy to find, and traffic was not much of a problem. The area looked simple, with small stores, residential buildings, and a peaceful atmosphere. People were friendly, and the streets felt safe.

The area is developing steadily. It doesn’t have the same appeal as Koregaon Park, but it’s stable. Rental demand stays strong due to nearby companies and warehouses. Landewadi is ideal if you're looking for a low-entry-point investment with regular income.
