Khadakpada is a pretty nice area. Not posh or high end like many mumbai areas but its cost effective and peaceful. The environment is green and roads are mostly smooth

Khadakpada is a great area for families. It has many schools, gardens, hospitals, restaurants and also some historical places like Durgadi Killa.

What I love about Khadakpada is its close to the college I teach in and also many parks here. What I cant stand is the lack of cleanliness in many blocks. Garbage disposal is not done regularly

Khadakpada has a relaxed crowd. its not too buzzing or crowded or congested all the time. Traffic is there but manageable. we also have good bakeries and cafes here

The locality is very desirable among families in kalyan. Mainly because its' quieter than most city centres. and still close to many key areas in Thane. It is good for long term investment but transport is weak yet. The lack of metro can impact the value

Rent here in G Block Rajendra Park Sector 105 is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Char Chaman Colony Falaknuma is getting worse day by day. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers.

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Periyar Nagar layout. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

This pocket of Sayyed Nagar Vetal Nagar Hadapsar has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle.

Rent here in Sector 75 is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Mogappair East Mogappair layout. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Khindipada Bhandup West are kept tidy. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare., manage somehow.

Getting shared autos or e-rickshaws around here takes just 5 minutes. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.

Shops for all daily essentials are within walking distance inside Sector 83. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle....

The streetlights on the main roads of West Marredpally work perfectly fine at night. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.
