Kamma 2 has a very everyday kind of feel. Vegetable shops, pharmacies, small food joints, all close enough. It gets crowded, but that's just how this side is.
Early mornings are quite nice for a short walk. Later on, vehicles make some roads harder to cross. The inside lanes are better.
Parking is honestly the weak point. You can find whatever you need nearby, but leaving the car and walking is sometimes easier.
The metro and nearby markets keep this pocket useful for renters. Smaller homes should get attention from people working around Vaishali and nearby areas.
Food isn't a problem here. Cheap snacks, groceries and basic shops are all around. Metro makes going out much easier too.
