It is a quiet residential neighborhood. I live here with my family, and love the easy accessibility to bus stops and metro, making my commute to work easier. There is an Iskon temple nearby too, which we often visit during weekends.

The area has a steady appreciation in property prices. There are schools, IT parks, and hospitals nearby which increases the investment appeal. I have noticed the property values have risen by 95% over the last three years. Some roads still need improvement though as there are many potholes and cracks.

Visited Iskon Temple in Sanjay Nagar recently. It is a peaceful retreat and the area is clean and well-maintained. The locality is quiet and peaceful in the mornings.

Sanjay Nagar is definitely a family friendly neighborhood. There are schools and hospitals within a few kilometres. And i love how temples and parks are nearby too. The rent is also decent here as compared to other parts in Ghaziabad. But sometimes the traffic is annoying and there is limited parking space as well.
