Saw a few builder flats in Vijay Nagar. Good value for money if you want something basic. You get decent space at fair rates. Some areas in the neighbourhood are good, some are still developing.
I’m living here in a shared flat with my office friends. Rents are decent, food stalls, hotels and restaurants are everywhere, and you can get all groceries easily. The only headache is finding a parking space.
Vijay Nagar is a fairly developed area. Schools, clinics, and shops are within walking distance. Public transport is also easy to get. But traffic jams near the main road are frustrating.
Spent a Sunday afternoon at my cousin’s place in Vijay Nagar. The colony was peaceful, people were friendly, and there was a small park nearby. Basic grocery shops were all in walking distance.
