We have access to several small parks like Kasturba Park which are decent for morning walks. The main problem is the monkey menace and stray dogs around

i focus on properties near the main sector roads because they offer better resale liquidity. lack of high rise aprtments here is actually a benefit as it avoids over supply

the area has a very peaceful vibe in the evenings.
