Visited a cousin in Gharkul. Quiet lanes, small shops, a very homely vibe. Not much for entertainment, but perfect if you're looking for calm away from city chaos.

My flat here is small but comfortable. The area’s got a good mix of working professionals and families. Wish there were more recreational spaces or a park nearby.

I see potential here, especially with new developments around the area. Returns aren’t great now, but land availability and affordability make it worth considering.

I built our home here 6 years ago. It’s peaceful and we love it. The community is warm. Still waiting on better drainage and proper waste collection during monsoon.

Affordable rent is why I came to Gharkul. It's quiet, mostly residential, and good for work-from-home folks. Not ideal if you're looking for cafes or nightlife though — quite minimal.
