The atmosphere is calm here but you need to have your own vehicle to move around and not depend on public transport. rent is affordable too.

It's a safe and family-oriented locality. But the area is not developing properly. Incomplete road construction and most internal roads are poorly lit and there's water issues too.

It's a good locality for short-term stays. There are local markets and eateries nearby and that's it. There's no mall, cafe, or restaurents within 4-5 km radius.

Public transport is a mess here. Buses are not reliable and mostly crowded. The closest metro is Swargate which is 9 km away. I lived here for 8 months during my internship at a nearby school. It was a struggle.

Property rates were very reasonable when I bought here in 2017. The area gives a semi-urban feel and develeoping slowly. There are schools and hospitals nearby but hardly any entertainment spots. I only like visiting the Katraj Lake which is around 3-4 km from here.
