Locality has developed a lot over the years. New commercial buildings have increased the property values. But lack of green spaces is a drawback as the area is becoming too cramped.

I chose this locality for its cheaper rental options. The apartments are spacious but most flats are near main road which brings lots of pollution and noise. The air quality is also bad - typical Delhi.

The area is mostly crowded and noisy because of commercial buildings. It has developed a lot over the years in terms of infrastructure but still lack of greenery is a problem. Pollution is there too which hampers a good quality of living.

I recently shifted here for my job, and so far love the convenience. The metro access is super helpful and there are cafes and restaurents nearby which I love to hang out at.

I own a flat near Jail Road. I like how accessible it is to different areas via metro. But some narrow lanes still get potholes during monsoons.
